What to Do If Your Package Looks Damaged
If you receive a package that appears to be damaged, crushed, wet, or leaking from the outside, please refuse the delivery immediately. Simply return it with the delivery person.
However, if you notice any issues after opening the package, don’t worry! You can still reach out to us for a resolution.

How We Handle Your Replacement Request
Once we receive your return request, our team will review it and get back to you within 24 hours. If your claim is approved, we’ll send you a replacement product at no additional cost.

Replacement Product: We will ship a brand-new, undamaged item to you as soon as possible.
Out of Stock: In the rare event that your replacement product is out of stock, we’ll reach out to you with options. You can either choose another item or receive a full refund.
